We are delighted that you have been accepted to Trinity. The Office of Admissions is here to help guide you through the process.
So what's next?
- Visit Campus
There are many opportunities to visit Trinity. Attend a Campus Visit Day or Admitted Student Day and you'll meet other future students. Can't make it on one of those days? Schedule a customized visit on the day of your choice for a private tour of campus. Customized visits are available Monday through Friday at 10 a.m., noon and 2 p.m. Click here to register for a visit.
- FAFSA
Make sure that you file your FAFSA. This will determine your eligibility for financial aid beyond scholarships and awards. This is a very important step in completing your Trinity Financial Aid Package. You can file your FAFSA online at www.fafsa.ed.gov anytime after January 1.
- Enrollment Process and Deposits
This process has a few steps but our admissions team is always here to help you along the way. To secure your place in classes you will need to submit your Intent to Enroll form and your enrollment deposit of $200. You will receive deposited student information once we have received your deposit. Students living on-campus are also required to pay a $300 damage deposit before a room will be assigned.
The following forms will need to be submitted in order for you to register for your advising day and orientation:
• Housing Form (PDF)
• Medical History (PDF)
• Payment Plan Agreement (PDF)
• Accepted Financial Aid Award Letter (returned by mail to the Financial Aid Office)
• Online Master Promissory Note (completed on-line at www.studentloans.gov)
- Attend Orientation
There are several components to Orientation, beginning with SOAR, which stands for Summer Orientation, Advising & Registration. In order to register for classes you’ll need to meet with your Academic Advisor who will be assigned to you at the event. SOAR days are held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on June 19, July 12, and August 13 and attendance at one of these dates is required. Students who live outside of Western Washington and International Students may request an over-the-phone advising appointment and should plan on attending SOAR on September 6. You can sign up for SOAR by clicking here. Students will NOT be permitted to register for classes at this event until all steps within the Enrollment Process (stated above) have been completed.
Welcome Weekend is September 7-8, 2013. As part of the orientation process. Welcome Weekend will introduce you to more aspects of the Trinity Community. You are required to attend Welcome Weekend. If you are living on campus, you will move into the Trinity Apartments during this time. For details visit our orientation page.
- Final Transcript
Make sure to request that your final high school transcript is sent to us. This is the final step to your enrollment process. Your high school can fax it to 425.249.4806 or mail to:
