Awards & Grants

Award and grants are federal, college, and community funds that do not need to be repaid. One time awards are based on meeting certain specified criteria. Grants are awarded on the basis of financial need as determined by the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) and by class standing. All awards and grants are based on full-time enrollment

Pell Grant
Up to $5,645
2.0 GPA • Students seeking a BA who demonstrate financial need • Must be U.S. citizen and submit a FAFSA • Amounts awarded by U.S. Department of Education

State Need Grant
Up to $11,904
Demonstrate financial need • Qualify under established media family income cutoff • Washington state resident • Enrolled at least 3 credits • Enroll in an eligible program at an eligible institution • Submit an approved FAFSA or WASFA • Is a "disadvantaged student" or "needy student" or former foster care youth

Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant Program (SEOG)
$200 - $4,000
2.0 GPA • Students receiving a Pell Grant who demonstrate financial need; based on availability of funds

Transfer Grant
2.5 GPA • Transfer of 15 or more semester credits • Full-time enrollment

Trinity Grant
2.5 GPA • Eligibility based on financial need
