The first step to making the financial commitment to your education is easy — apply for financial aid by filing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
The FAFSA looks at family size, assets, and income in awarding financial aid. It determines your eligibility for all types of support and enables our Office of Financial Aid to help you.
To be considered for need based aid, such as the Pell Grant or Trinity Grant, your FAFSA must be on file with our Office of Financial Aid. You can apply directly online at www.fafsa.ed.gov.
The Office of Financial Aid can assist you with information about institutional scholarships and grants, outside scholarships, loans and work study programs.
First, complete Trinity's application for admission. Do not wait until you are admitted to apply for financial aid.
Second, file a FAFSA as soon as possible after January 1 (remember to include Trinity’s school code 013525). You can apply online at www.fafsa.ed.gov.
Financial aid files that are completed by March 1 will receive priority consideration for scholarships, awards and grants.
