Overview
General Education courses provide the breadth and intensive exposure to the broad world of liberal arts in the college curriculum. Trinity does not offer a Bachelor’s degree in General Education, but many of the basic, foundational level courses of a liberal arts education reside in this collection of programs.
General Education courses cover five areas of knowledge: Fine Arts, the study of music and art; Humanities, the study of the human condition; Social and Behavioral Sciences, the scientific study of human aspects in the world; Mathematics, the study of numbers and logic; and Natural Sciences, the study of understanding the natural world.
