Reporting directly to the President, the Assistant to the President provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. The Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Office of the President. The Assistant also serves as a liaison to the board of directors and senior management teams; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts; and oversees special projects. Trinity continually seeks to grow its pool of qualified Affiliate Faculty in each of its ten majors, as well as those interested in teaching liberal arts general education courses (i.e., social sciences, math, natural sciences, humanities, and the arts). Affiliate Faculty are instructors who are contracted to teach on a course-by-course, term-by-term basis, based on Trinity’s current instructional needs. We especially desire faculty who possess a rich combination of outstanding professional accomplishments, academic preparation at the graduate level, and a desire to teach and mentor students in a dynamic learning environment.
