Full-time is defined as students enrolled in 12-17 credits per semester. An additional $1,208 per credit hour is charged for all credits over 17.0 per semester.

Full-time tuition includes up to 4 credits of EPIC Term courses; any fees or travels costs for EPIC Term courses are not included.

Housing price is based on double or triple occupancy. Single occupancy is charged at $4,175/semester. Housing costs are detailed below.

*The Platinum Meal Plan is required for all freshmen living in the Trinity Apartments. Details of the meal plans are listed below.

Senior Citizen Audit Discount:

Trinity offers senior citizens (55 years or older) the chance to audit one course per semester for $100. (Travel courses are not included.) Seats must be available in the class and upper-level courses may require instructor approval. Trinity Alumni Audit Discount:

Trinity offers alumni and former students (who have taken 30 or more semester credits) the opportunity to audit two courses per year at no charge. Travel courses not included. Seats must be available in the class and upper-level courses may require instructor approval. Housing costs include: 
Utilities (electricity, water, Wi-Fi access, sewer, garbage), security system, on-site Resident Assistants, housing/maintenance staff, Residence Life activities, use of the Bungalow (community space), on-site laundry facilities, and green space. Apartments are furnished with refrigerator, oven/range, beds, mattresses, dressers. Some other furnishings may be provided.

A deposit of $300 is required for each student prior to moving into the apartments. This is a refundable deposit that holds a student’s place in the building. Students are eligible for a return of their housing deposit, less any fines for cleaning or damages, after a final check-out has been completed by the Resident Director and the date requirements have been met.

Apartment parking is available for $150 per semester. Please note that housing fees are subject to change. Learn more about apartment living at Trinity.
