Biography: Before joining Trinity in 2010, Buehlmaier taught at a number of colleges, and worked as a management consultant, director of marketing, and a training supervisor for restaurants.
She has taught at Columbia College, Chapman University, Tacoma Community College and a number of other institutions, generally focusing on organizational behavior, marketing, business communication, and restaurant management courses. Dr. Buehlmaier is also the founder and president of her own management consulting firm, providing consulting services to hotels and restaurants.
Buehlmaier is active in many non-profit organizations, and was named Volunteer of the Year by the FBI Citizens’ Academy in 2012. She is also active in her church and enjoys a wide variety of sports.
