Jack Brenchley announced as interim chair of Graphic Design & Visual Communications

Jack BrenchleyAcademic Dean Michael DeLashmutt is pleased to announce the appointment of Jack Brenchley as Interim Chair of Graphic Design & Visual Communications at Trinity Lutheran College.

Brenchley has served as an affiliate instructor at the college for both Communications and Visual Communications the past five years. Prior to joining Trinity, Jack worked as Software Quality Engineering Manager with Adobe System’s InDesign/InCopy development team. A Trinity graduate himself, he earned a B.A. in Education from Western Washington University and an M.B.A. and Graduate Certificate in E-Commerce from City University, Seattle. 

“I am thrilled to welcome Jack Brenchley to the Trinity Lutheran College faculty. Jack’s extensive experience in graphic design, including 20 years at Adobe, will enable our students to develop the competences and experiences that will allow them to excel in their own creative and professional work,” DeLashmutt said.

Currently Brenchley owns a small design firm focused on bringing technology-based marketing solutions to small businesses and non-profits. This includes designing brochures, producing magazines, creating webpages, and crafting social media messages. He also recently published a book (print and eBook format) for a non-profit.

Brenchley continues a lifelong interest on the intersection between business, technology, education, and faith, along with a passion for publishing. Join us in welcoming Brenchley to the Trinity community.
